Issue with timezones using Meeting screen for Australia users

I have built a powerapp in the US that allows users to set up office meetings. The plant in Perth Australia wants to use it too.

Ignore the China Standard time. That is for the PowerAutomate

When they were trying to set up a meeting with another Perth colleague the times were all off.

Is there an issue with Australian colleagues using the app?

Set(_startTimeUTC, Text(DateAdd(DateTimeValue(ThisItem.StartTime), -TimeZoneOffset(), Minutes), DateTimeFormat.ShortTime));
