Hi all,
Looking to have the following workflow automated, any help/guidance/starting points will be appreciated.
- Client submits request for a task (will answer a few questions that will determine the need and what asset they'd require for how long, etc.)
- Request goes to a scheduler
- Scheduler books an asset per requirements (type of asset and time frame etc.)
- Meeting is created on calendar (for the said asset)
- Note: there are multiple calendars (1 for each different site). So meeting will be created on the calendar of the site requested.
- Meeting invite is sent to Client and few other folks
- Meeting is created on calendar (for the said asset)
