Sharepoint Item comment powerapps form

Hello there

I'm in the process of making an app that shows companies (clients), I'm using a form to add Addresses, Names, Phonenumbers, Emails etc, I also need to be able to comment on every sharepoint item, both while creating a new item, and while editing an item (all of this done via forms in powerapps). Need to be able to see all previous comments with the date they were written

Any ideas?

Thanks in Advance

    Hi @TobiasSQA ,

If you are referring to multiple comments on the same item, you need a separate list "joined" to the main one. the easiest way to "join" is to store the ID of the main item in a numeric field in the second list (I call mine IDRef ). You would create a new item in thew second list each time you needed a comment.

Hey Warren, thanks for the suggestion.

I ended up utilizing the patch() function and just added date, and char(13) for line break.

I attached screenshots of the code and an example of how it looks
