not able to add a flow to canvas app

Hi all

i have created a flow and i am trying to add this flow to my canvas app....

50+ try

i tried to add in incognito mode , after clearing cache and cookies also

but still showing this error

i created new test app and tried but still showing the same error

can anyone help please

    It could be a permissions issue:  When I create a flow with a service account and then try to add that flow to my canvas app with my login, I usually get an error.  I am forced to log in to PowerApps studio as the service account in order to add the flow to the canvas app.  Then I can save and log back in as myself and continue to work on the app.
