Hello,
You've purchased your power app per app on 9/5/2022.
At this date, Power app per app offer didn't include any AI credits.
Existing customers have not being backfilled when we introduced the new offer with AI credits.
If you don't renew this subscription and buy 2 new Power app per app license, you will get the 2x250 credits.
