Hello ,

Requesting for the Power Apps hands-on for basic canvas app. model driven app , CDS & power automate, have seen other materials but seeing they have more than basic concepts covered & taking the whole day .

So , i kindly request to provide any hands-on lab materials taking max-max : 4-5 hours for the complete session(our session time) , with basic app covering basic concepts.

Also to add on this , in few of the hands-on labs , they have importing steps for solutions for CDS/model driven app , also please explain the need for importing solutions? why do we use solutions located in the power apps below data, tables. etc.

Kindly look into these 2 please , needed it really urgent , if needed to make any modifications too & to prepare on that basis for workshop. Thanks in advance.

Please look at https://aka.ms/appinaday which will provide detailed hands on where you will build a canvas app, flow, and model-app in a day. This also will walk through solutions somewhat as well.

Thanks a lot for the response ..Yes have gone through this materials also , it's quite more & advanced for the beginners , many things aren't updated here like the changes in power platform. Anyways trying to trim some among these .

But if you find across any simple material , goal is to complete in 4-5 hours of session. The content goes here:
01 - Power Apps Canvas App Lab Manual:
Focuses on the basic concepts involved in building Power Apps Canvas apps. Customer will learn how to:
Connect to data sources and filter results based on specified criteria
Work with screens and navigation
Use controls, properties, formulas and actions to customize the user experience
Display the logged in user’s name
Configure app settings
Save and share an app
Run an app on a mobile device

02 – Common Data Service Lab Manual:
Introduces to Common Data Service (CDS). Customer will learn how to:
Create and customize a custom entity
Use the Form control
Save data into Common Data Service using the Form control

03 – Power Apps Model-driven App Lab Manual:
Introduces to building Model-driven Power Apps. Customer will learn how to:
Create a standalone Model-driven app.
Customize forms for the Model-driven app
Use a Business Process Flow to guide users through a process

04 – Power Automate Lab Manual:
     Introduces to Power Automate. Customer will learn how to: Create a flow that is triggered when a new Common Data Service record is created
     Automate sending approval requests
     Customize the approval based on the CDS record
     Use the Approval center.
So , it will be really helpful if you can send me across simple apps resources/materials on these please. Awaiting for the response . Thanks in advance.
