I am modifying my app to accommodate a 2nd team. I am wondering if this is possible as they will have their inventories seperate from each other and I don't want their submittted reports(Data) to get mixed up and do not understand how the back end of Power apps works.(Microsoft access is what the support team is going to use to create reports) when checking in and checking out.

To add some extra info a person searches a part number and can then edit a part or check in or out. Aside from having seperate inventories both sides will be almost identical.

One idea is to add a column called TeamNumber and then filter based on that value. For example if you have a team of the following people:

    Team1

    Mike

    John

    Julia

    Roman

    Team 2

    Suraj

    Jesus

    Annie

    Bob

You could then say if User().FullName = "Annie [last name]" then filter your list to only show team 2 entries.

This would allow you to use the same app after making a few minor changes as well as using the same list and not having to juggle multiple lists for each team. If they have the same items in each list you could even go as far as to have columns for each item called Team1Qty and Team2Qty and then just use patch statements to update the proper quantity as needed.
