How to display version history changes in Power Apps

Hello!

 

I have successfully created a Power Automate flow to capture the version history data for a SP list item and respond it back to my Power App in a gallery that I'm happy with. 

 

BUT does anyone know how I can pull out the actual changes associated with each version however? This is the most important bit of the version history that I am after!
