9I would like to ask for Urgent Help please regarding inspection app and sharepoint site
as it show on the picture below

there's few inspection checklist already got answered by user and I want it to be on SharePoint site ( list or task )
to be saved Auto as a record with all the details ( Checklist questions and Answers with issue or not - Notes - Picture, etc... ) and to export the data later on if I want to show it to Manager!
Please Help!
