Hi, please, would you mind to give additional details on this?. Where do you want to hide the list?.

    Thank you for clarifying.

    Hi @Baneet_singh ,

Give them a custom permission level based on Contribute but with View Application Pages unchecked

My site contains a list which has expense details and this list is connected to powerapps . I dont want user to see anyones expense from backend. As i have to give read access to all members I am not able to stop them .

In my opinion there are two different approaches.

    1. Using OOB (Out Of the Box) SharePoint item-level security settings. If you access the list, browse List Settings and, under the General Settings section, click Advance Settings. You will find an option where you can set Item-Level Permissions. Using this option each user is able just to access in Read mode to view all items or just the ones created by each user and to Create and Edit all items or the ones owned by the user. Check the following screentshot. I think that Power Apps is propagatting same behavior. See the screenshot 1.
    2. Using filtering options from Power Apps gallery. The user should have contribute permissions on the backend (the SharePoint list) but you can use the Power Apps as front-end so the final user is accessing this front-end. The idea is to have a custom column where you are going to save the email address of the user who is the owner of the line or use the created by column to filter the items owned by the user. See the screenshot 2.

    Hope it helps.

    Best regards!
