Hi Guy,

I think some of you might face the same situation with me. Now I work with Copilot and try to simulate when I am a users who talk with AI-Agent, But in case of some bad significant, Users might would like to ask AI-Agent for setup a meeting.

So I try to work under this siutation

1.Set a topic when users ask for meeting(OK, I can imagine about the solution)

2.AI-Agent ask a question to specific date/time and person in charge in the meeting(OK, I can imagine about the solution)

3.AI-Agent need to check a person in charge schedule(they available or not) -in this case users share calendar and account who develop AI-Agent can access to see their calendar

4.AI-Agent need to check a room for meeting schedule(I setup to be resource in exchange online) -in this case users can access to see their calendar(and we hope AI Agent can access too)

5.Report a schedule then request confirm from users.(OK, I can imagine about the solution)

6.when Users confirm book calendar in MS Team(OK, I can imagine about the solution)

So now I struck on process to check users schedule and room available. I try to research and ask Copilot, ChatGPT, perplexity, etc. But sound like rocket science to me. I though this is a common if anyone would like to use copilot for booking a meeting room and I expect for some youtube video or guideline from expert to break down and guide me step by step, but i can't find it.

If Anyone who face in the same situation or expert see my question please share me about the source or youtube video that I can follow up.

hello, i confirm that the second video about the meeting management MC connector is what you need from i understand.

But : meeting management, room management are a pain because it involve a lot technical invisible matter that make it difficult.

I have played quiet a lot with this meeting tool MCP and AT The moment it's still "need some more love from microsoft" : it canno't find meeting more than few days/week in the futur, it's only "for you" and copilot studio have still difficulty to work with "date time" , specialy with non amercian date time.

I use it AT the moment this way :

- I modify the welcome message to add the Date & Time , it help 200% accuracy the bot to know the right date and how to search.

- I add instruction to help the agent about the date time format

I m not sure to understand the second part of you'r message, since i m not english native, some time i have problem : if you'r question is about having help about basic copilot studio training, i recommand you to folow this path, it will give you the basis on how to use MCP connector

And last but not least : i see you'r nice workflow, great job ! One recommandation would be to take in account that in IA it's very complicated to folow straigth to the point a workflow. I recommand to accept some difference between the AI behaviour or if not possible to use a workflow like power automate at the some point of the business case, like after discussin with real word. (you could start by asking the agent about when doing the meeting and then starting from the agent a power automate)
