Hi Everyone,
I experienced an issue on Test Environment after deployment of solution from DEV. Flow keeps giving this Error (Flow.Run failed Connection not configured for this service) with no execution -- Only in target env.
Please help.
Thank you.
Hi @sbroud ,
It's a common question.
Please configure the security role and assign it to user in target env.
Best Regards,
Wearsky
Thank you so much for the help.
Could you please show me how to change this setting. It does not allow me to change basic user page.
Thank you again.
You can try to copy the 'basic user' role as a custom role.
Then you can change the new custom role and please assign it to user.
Thank you for your explanation.
Could you send any link or video/page that go step by step.
Do you mean assign to organization (instead of user)
No, I mean change the level from user to organization.
After setting this role, you need to assign the custom role to user.
So, should I setup this basic user (copy) in all environments. Do I need to create this customized copy in each security role of environments.
Sorry for the multiple questions.
Thank you again. Really appreciate it.
‘So, should I setup this basic user (copy) in all environments.’
Please try to just copy the role in your target env. No need to copy it in all envs.

Thank you so much.
I will go over these steps and get back to this page to plug the result.
After copying the basic user and changing the Read permissions from User to Organisation , and Save.
What do you mean by : After setting this role, you need to assign the custom role to user.
Please assist.
I think you need to assign the role to the user.
