Camera not showing in Power Apps App

Hi guys,

Im having this issue where i can't see my camera control inside my app opened with the microsoft store app "Power Apps". I can see the camera control when using the app in browser. I have camera acces allowed in windows for all apps. Also the camera is not in use anywhere else when i open the app in the Power Apps app.

The camera control should be where my mouse is standing. Also i added a dropdown to see "camera.availabledevices" This doesn't show anything either.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Basically it could be a bug, however, Power Apps in Microsoft Store is not supported by Microsoft anymore, so there would not be any update or fix. I have no permission to download apps from Microsoft Store, so I'm not able to test it on my end. Web browsers are the best way/platform to use Power Apps in nowadays.

Dear @v-jefferni ,

It is a bug. While testing once it did find my camera and worked correctly. It's to bad it's bugged because it's an offline app so i can't really test in browser. Basically i should buy myself a Tablet to test 😛

Hello i also had this issue. I resolved it by using a gallery instead of a drop down
