Main form in Contact is not showing

Hi, I have a little issue with the Contact table inside the model driven apps. Only the insight is showing:

I cannot view the main form of Contact table:

what's the issue here?

    Hi @NurNina,

     

    Couple things to check:

    • In Model driven app designer > Contact, ensure the form you want to see is selected to be part of the app
    • Confirm if the form is enabled for security roles. If so, you'll need to ensure you have one of the security roles assigned to the form.

    Hi @ChrisPiasecki 

    Ive checked it all, the form has been selected in the app designer, and everyone can have access to Contact form.

    But the form is still cannot be viewed. Previously has no problem viewing this form, not until yesterday.
