Hi,
This usually means (for any connection), that the person who is trying to run the App, is required to give permissions for it run as them/on their behalf.
In this case, which I have seen in other apps, it isn't working.
Did you try to switch accounts or flick Fix connection and what happened/?
The other option is to have the person who DOES have permissions, go into the app, and remove the connection in question and recreate it. It usually it's just an issue with how it was setup. Have run into this with apps we have built and a specific connection which is shared does this.
Cheers
