Receiving error that required field is empty but that data card name is not existing

I'm getting this error but I do not have such field. What does this mean. Sorry I'm new to this.

My form is set that OnSuccess :

Navigate(page2);
Notify("Details has been submitted",NotificationType.Success); ResetForm(Form3_3)

 

My button: SubmitForm(Form3_3)

    It looks like you are using SharePoint as a Data Source.  Do you have any fields in SharePoint that are marked as required?

    Your field name will be CAPA#1 - check any required fields as you may have renamed it.
