After publishing the Chatbot, if we want to make some changes, can we do it and publish it again?
Is there any restriction for making the changes in bot once published?

Yes, you can make changes and publish whenever you want.
After publishing, sometimes we have a delay between 0-30 minutes, but it's possible 🙂

the only problem I found with the updates were with the profile image and the taskbar icon
You can try to restart your Teams desktop app.
