I have one SharePoint list form that I am using on two different screen one is for the new user and second is for the managers. I want to connect two forms in a way that if there is a change to the form on the user form it should display on the manager's screen and if there is a change on manager screen it should display to the user to the form is one but I should be able to make changes from both screen, just give an back story for this request is I have few check boxes on the form that are checked by users once they complete task associate with that check and once its complete it sends an email to the manager, but if for some reason user forgets to complete to task correct way or forgets to submit paper work Manager should be able to go back to his screen and should able to uncheck that check box and that should inform user that hey you need to check your work that you just submitted.
