Looking for more information on building a forum on MS Dynamics 365

Hi All.

We're exploring using Microsoft to build out our forum (Community) using Power Portals on the Dynamics Platform?

I am just wondering if anyone here has done that already so I can connect and learn. Basically I am interested in knowing the capabilities and possibilities of this platform.

We're currently on a very typical forum/community platform with extensive capabilities so I am hoping to learn how this compares to what Microsoft can do.

Do you want to configure your own Community Portal using PowerApps Portal?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I think PowerApps Portal could achieve your needs. Please check and see if the following blog would help in your scenario:

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I think the Community Portal Template could achieve your needs. If your current environment that contains model-driven apps in Dynamics 365 (such as Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Service), then you could use the Community Portal Template to design your own community forum.

Thanks! I will read through the information you shared.

Do you know any communities currently build through powerapps? For example, is this community build using the power apps community portal? Or any other MS communities? Or other brands? Would love to see some in action 🙂
