Error in workflow - SharePoint integrated workflow

We have enabled the SharePoint -> Power Automate integration workflow named "Request approval (everyone must approve) for a selected file in a SharePoint library." It creates a workflow in PA and we would like to edit the Approvers to have a default value. We are able to update the workflow to pull in a couple additional email addresses. However, when we click "Save" on the workflow, we get a message that it could not be validated. This is on the initial manual step and the details of the message are:

Unable to initialize operation details for operation - manual. Error details - e.enum.map is not a function.

With this error in validation, I am unable to save the configuration changes that we have made and we will have to manually add people to it in the form that shows in SharePoint.

    Hi @rmaday,

I tested it and it seems like the issue is with the new designer. Disabling the new designer should resolve the problem. Additionally, please note that many of these templates are not updated with the latest actions and could be outdated, potentially causing issues. Ensure that every action is the latest version available and has not been deprecated.

    Hope this helps.

    hello,
same issue here. unfortunately the button to switch off the new designer does not work for affected flows.
but as per this other thread changing v3=true to v3=false in the address bar works: https://community.powerplatform.com/forums/thread/details/?threadid=b5baa2b9-83b3-441c-9695-f38cf559ddff

but what will happen if the old designer will be disabled? will this be fixed in the new version?
