I want to set sharepoint group named 'XYZ' as default value in my canvas app form people picker field .Any help with this ?I have set default with single person but want to know and expore how we can set a group to people picker field.

For what you want, you would need to use the DefaultSelectItems not the Default
Is your Combobox set to allow multiple selections?

To populate a people picker with a gourp, I think you should refer to groupid instead of a group name.
Office365Groups.ListGroupMembers("Specific Group ID").value
To find out the group id, please go to azure admin center:
https://portal.azure.com
So security group ID from sharepoint security group would be same in Azure admin center ?
Yes, AzureAD provide office365users, users in SharePoint group are the same ones in Office365users.
