Starting multiple conversations of a pva bot at the same time

I have a twilio power automate flow in my pva bot and it can send whatsapp messages to a given phone number(this number varies). I want to start several conversations to send whatsapp messages to several numbers(one conversation per one phone number) at the same time. How can this be done?
