Columns names in drop down - Excel data souce

Hi Power Users,

I'm new to power apps and trying to build an app. My source is an excel file and have 10 columns. below is the sample screenshot.

I need to a dropdown for column names from Column-2 to column-10. users can multi select column names from the drop down and then able to select yes or no. for example If user select column-2, column-3 from dropdown and then able to select yes or no.

Please help me how to get to this.

    Just Hard Code the column names into dropdown.

    and also Yes and No

    What if there will be more columns. i have to hardcode them right. I don't want do that.
