I wonder if we can rename our BOT? i cannot see any option to rename?

hi @UmerJaved I'm aggre with the @renatoromao answer by using PA platform is not possible but the link that renato provides give you the answer, please see and consider to mark an answer as solution to guide others 😉

Today, you can change only using Canvas app (E.g.: Custom website, Power Apps Portals) using this documentation: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/change-your-power-virtual-agents-default-canvas-bot-icon-and-name/
