Won't let me reply to my chatbot

I have published my chatbot in MS teams, but the box to reply to it is 'greyed out' with a message saying 'you cannot send messages to this bot' - image attached.

 

I have looked in the settings and can't find any reason why this would be happening. Any advice please?
