While training on named-entity recognition model, getting below error.

Please increase file size limit for attachments and try again

The field from common data service entity which is used for the model is set at 4000 char limit. The links provided in the error doesn't indicate any resolutions.

Also after encountering the error, previously trained info was also lost.

Later observed that, after the error, even edit from a published model(published a previous version) - is not tagging and of the phrases it previously tagged. Its as if all the underlying model info is lost.

    hi @Anonymous

So if you click into the learn more link next to the error message, it will point you to this document. System Settings Email tab - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs. In this document, it shows you how to edit the file size limit for attachment.

Currently, AI Builder stores the model itself into your CDS entity's attachment. Looks like your model size is exceeding the size limit of your attachment. So please follow the steps in the above document, (make sure you have the System Administrator or System Customizer security role or equivalent permissions), and modify the limit.

    Hope it helps.

    Thanks

    Norah
