Today, unfortunately, not yet.
You can suggest your idea here: https://aka.ms/pva/community/ideas
If you want to get the data or create an action using your Custom API, you can use the Power Automate to do it.
But if you will use your application to get the data or create an action inside the PVA using API, you can't do it yet.
