Hi,

I have a app (eb8edbca-0467-4999-8cb1-284eca976c35), and the PowerApps suddenly began failing on Android and IOS. I have users scattered around our city that use either iPhone or Galaxy A10s to run this app and some of then reportted "crashes". All crashes occur when I minimize the app and after some minutes switch back to it, so restart the app back to it's homescreen.

Some users reported that when leaving an area with internet and trying to return, the powerapps crashes, restart the app back to it's homescreen.

Is there anything more I can do as an app author to help pinpoint what is going on or is this entirely out of my hands? Who can I get in touch with to help troubleshoot these issues with?
