    Hi @jaina

    You can use the Concatenate function or the & operator to combine the values,

    Concatenate(
    DataCardValue194.Text,
    DataCardValue199.Text,
    DataCardValue200.Text,
    DataCardValue201.Text,
    DataCardValue202.Text,
    DataCardValue203.Text
    )

    Or

    Using & operator

    DataCardValue194.Text & " " & DataCardValue199.Text & " " & DataCardValue200.Text & " " & DataCardValue201.Text & " " & DataCardValue202.Text & " " & DataCardValue203.Text

    Thanks!

    Still error encountered. Both solutions. Know that the formula is in the edit form with custom datacard text field.

    Replace "&" with comma ","

    Concatenate(
    DataCardValue194.Text,
    DataCardValue199.Text,
    DataCardValue200.Text,
    DataCardValue201.Text,
    DataCardValue202.Text,
    DataCardValue203.Text
    )
