Hi Everyone,
Greetings!
I am new to Power Virtual Agent, I have developed one PVA chatbot in Web version and Published into Sharepoint Intranet portal.
Before Publishing -> I can able to see all chatbot session in analytics tab.
After Publishing -> I am not able to find the any chatbot session which is happing in Sharepoint Intranet portal.

@NadeemAhamed did you get this resolved? Can you double-check the Environment you published the bot to? Can you point to where you are looking for the sessions in SharePoint? Have you tried putting your bot in Teams?

I have checked in Analytics menu, i can able to see only the test bot sessions but not able to find the live bot sessions.

We are looking the sessions in analytics- sessions in web power virtual agent portal as shown in below link.

We have placed our chatbot in MS Teams and published, here we can able to find the live sessions.
But in Web version we are not able to find the live sessions.
Is it bcz of we are using the trail version for testing purpose?
