How to avoid emailing multiple Requests for Approval for Same SharePoint List Add

Posted on by
I developed a Power Automate flow developed using the SharePoint list template: "When an Item Is Created" with an Approval: "Start and Wait for An Approval".  Within the Flow, I have developed a couple "Compose" functions which concatenates all multi-field values selected The flow works as expected, except one very annoying result:  The Approver is receiving multiple requests for approval based on the number of multi-value field values selected.  I have attached a slide which illustrates a sample use case, where I have selected two multi-select field values (Care and Charge).  My desired result is only one (1) request for approval sent to the Approver. I am new to Power Automate, and I am sure I am not using the "For Each" or Aggregate function boxes correctly.

Any guidance would be very appreciated.

Thanks
Al Rice
