Unable to view and set up customer portal in PowerApps Templates list on make.powerapps.com site from data in existent D365F&SCM

Hi,

I am unable to view the customer portal template in the PowerApps portal list of templates. How do I access it please?

Hi @Anonymous ,

You should have dynamics subscription to view other portal templates.

If you select an environment that contains customer engagement apps (Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Marketing, or Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation), you can create the following portals:
