Can't install Dynamics 365 for Sales, Professional

I try to install Dynamics 365 for Sales, Professional. 

Following this GUIDE:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/manage-apps?WT.mc_id=ppac_inproduct_resources#install-an-app 

 

It shows information that it's installing, but after 1-2 minutes, when I reload page, I see nothing.

 

Application "Dynamics 365 for Sales, Professional" still not in the list of applications.

 

I tried to install it in different ways. Through Environment link and through Resourses, with the same Result.

What am I doing wrong?
