Hi everyone,
I'm creating a bot in Power virtual agent for Covid topic . Does PVA can respond to user queries of a guided flow.
Let's say user asks any specific question from the Topic (flow), does it start from the initial node or can it understand the utterances of the user and prompt the response accordingly?
Is there any limitation for user utterances since we can't add the utterances for each node?
Please share your inputs

hi @nikhitha PVA in channels have liminations per sesion client, not the number of messages the bot is responding, you can see more details here Pricing Plans | Microsoft Power Virtual Agents
and if you need to add more details to the initial trigger I recommend you to use synonyms here you have a great video How To Use The Skip Question Feature In Power Virtual Agent - YouTube
