Hey..
In the last few weeks we have had a number of rather disturbing incidents.
We made changes to the applications, during the whole day we perform a proactive save so that there are no errors, at the end of the day we made a save (definitely a save was made) the next morning when we opened the application we discovered that some of the latest changes were not saved.
All the applications in which this happened are in the same environment, some in different solutions.
Anyone having a problem?
What can be done about it?
This causes the loss of valuable work time and great frustration over the lost work
