Hello,

I have an PowerAPP that was working fine, but suddenly we get this error for all Guest users.

The app didn't start correctly. Try refreshing your browser.

Is this some kind of policy change? Or will this be able to be fixed?

OS: WIndows 10 Home

Browser: Chrome and Edge, both give same error

    Hi @junko ,

Your app just couldn't be opened in yesterday, right?

That seems to be the outage with powerapps, what has been fixed few hours ago.

Please try again and check if it is fixed.

    Best regards,

    Sik

    Hi @junko

This could be caused by so many things that it is unfortunately not an easy thing to troubleshoot.

    a) If you create a new copy of the app as a test and publish it, does this error happen as well? If you restore a previous version of the app, does that still work? Did anything change in the app design?

    b) I have seen that a replublish sometimes fixes this.

    c) Try to remove pieces of functionality from the test app with publications in between, to try and determine what is causing this. i have had this issues in the past when introducing complex components to the app, so typically try to remove complex controls\functionality first as a test.

    d) Remember that the design is cached and refreshing the browser about 3 times between publication tests would be a good idea.

    e) I have spent days on problems like the above and would suggest that if you don't find the problem in a few hours, log a call with Microsoft for them to assist. In most of the cases I had an issue like this, especially when an existing app stopped working without changes, it was caused by changes on the PowerApps platform.

Good luck, sorry to be the bearer of bad news, I wish there was a quick answer.
