    Hey @meenuu

Can you share more details? By status cancelled/ approved, do you mean you want to update any fields? Alternatively, you can follow the below flow to create one based on the diagram you shared. 4er.PNG

This flow is triggered from a PowerApps button (you can send any data you want and initialize variables accordingly). You have two levels of approvals and then finally populating a word template. You need to create the template and store it on the document library so that it can be populated in the action. Note that the Word connector in flow is a premium connector.

    Hope this Helps!

Hi @yashag2255 , This is the flow i tried separately to generate document from sharepoint list. And this flow works fine. generate document.PNG

Since Word connector in flow is a premium connector, i used the flow above and it works fine. I joined both flow and tried and i am getting error.

    Hey @meenuu

Can you share the error that you are getting? I see that you are passing the ID from PowerApps (this is the list item ID and can you confirm that you are passing it correctly)

    Hope this Helps!

    Hey @meenuu

There might be some issue in passing the ID of the item. Can you wrap the id of the item in a int and try sending it in the update action. I guess you are getting the ID value as a string from powerapps.

    Hope this Helps!

Hi @yashag2255 My flow works now but i have another issue. The flow is not working from the sharepoint, however it works from powerapps preview. I don't want to use 'when a item is created in sharepoint' because if the user wants to save as draft it will start to run flow for approval.

    Hey @meenuu

When you select the item, you can see the flow icon and upon clicking that, you can see all the flows available.

    Hope this Helps!

    Hey @meenuu

To trigger the flow from SP, you will have to use the when an item is selected trigger and in that item the flow can be triggered.

    Hope this helps!
