My dropdown is in a gallery and will loop together with other fields in a row. But I cant seem to configure the dropdown. The dropdown value is Yes/No. What is the best way to do it? Using Patch/Collect function? The errors are at the OnChange and Default.

    Hello!

    Try changing your formulas to these values, and see if that solves the problem.

    Default:
    If(ThisItem.YesNo = true, "Yes", "No")

    Onchange:

    Patch(ARepeatingSectionCollecton, LookUp(ARepeatingSectionCollecton, Id = Gallery3_1.Selected.Id), {YesNo: If(ADropdownYesNo.Selected.Value = "Yes", true, false)})

    hey

    can u try this:
    Patch(
        ARepeatingSectionCollection,
        ThisItem,
        {PassThroughRingGage: ADropdownYesNo.Selected.Value}
    )

    For the default property set it to:

    ThisItem.PassThroughRingGage

    Hi, I tried the formulas you have suggested. The formula for the OnChange seems fine for me but for Default its saying "Name isn't valid. YesNo isn't recognized." and "incompatible types for comparison" for this =

    Hi, I also tried yours, but for both formulas I got the "Name isn't valid. Name isn't recognized". I used the name Pass Through Ring Gage in my SP list, but in my power apps that name sometimes valid sometimes not, thus I've rename it in power apps as YesNo. Pass Through Ring Gage is in the same SP list as Top1, Top2, Top3 and so on, the others field is recognized, but the Pass Through Ring Gage isn't. I don't know why.

    Is your SharePoint column a Yes/No column? Or is it just a text column?

    If it's a Yes/No column it should work. However, it seems that your SharePoint column is called 'Pass Through Ring Gage' and not 'YesNo'. In that case the function should look like this:

    If(ThisItem.'Pass Through Ring Gage' = true, "Yes", "No")
