How to change related view "filter by keyword" to apply to a different field, model-driven-app

Right now it is applying to the "Name" field. I need it to apply to the "account" field. How do I target this and change it?

    Even though the view is "Vendor Tier Associated View", to change the columns, you need to change the "Quick Find" view under the "Find by" section
