Co-pilot Studio - Shared Agent not working

I have created an agent, published it. Added to Teams and copilot. I am getting answers correctly from prompt I am giving from knowledge base. The same Agent I shared with other user, connected all the knowledge base files to the user. For the user prompts, he is not getting answers from knowledge base. Have anyone faced similar issue.

Hi Chirst

I have shared the agent, my knowledge base where in Share point online. When I shared the file from share point to user, the issue resolved.

But I am facing new challenge, my company name is ABC , when the user enter prompt what is the leave policy or any prompt from knowledge base, I am getting answer the "The HR policy for ABC cooperation is"

I dont know from where the word "Cooperation" is taking from

About the "cooperation" issue, it sounds like GenAI hallucination. My recommendation: if you already didn't, add some additional instructions to your Agent, clarifying that company should always be referenced as "ABC", and nothing else.
