I have been working on the development of a model-driven app, but recently (last two weeks) I have lost the ability to edit any of the forms in my solution. I am an admin in the environment and all the roles are assigned to ne as a user. When I navigate to a form (Solution > Tables > Forms) and try to open a Form to edit I receive an access error (see attached image).
What do you get if you click Form settings on the top menu ?
