Phishing scam being run from powerappsportals.com

My team is receiving phishing emails that lead to https://secured-authenticator-online-login-config-portal.powerappsportals.com/online-tes-authenticator-secured-portal/?alt=media&token=259c06ad-af74-40ab-a37b-b5c88170745a#USEREMAILADDRESS. The site/app has an image our our site behind a fake login, trying to get our users to put their username and password into it. I did a nslookup and this is the IP 20.105.232.2 Hosted by Microsoft Corporation Microsoft Corporation can some one point me in the right direction to having this site/app taken down.
