Drop down box not visible to all users

We have developed a Power Apps form that works perfectly, except certain users can't select an item from a drop-down box. We are guessing that as some users are only Business Premium users, not E3 Users, but is this right?

Users with an E3 account can use the drop-down box. It works in all browsers. Business Premium users cannot see the drop-down list in any browser.

Is this right?

Hi @jong33 ,

Did you mean that these users can work with the app normally with other parts but only cannot select one of the options in this dropdown control?

What is the data source of the Form control and what is the data inside this dropdown control? For example, is it a choice column in SharePoint list?
