Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if it is possible to clear chat history for a chatbot which was developed using power virtual agent?
the chatbot uses Open-AI Api in backend and it acts like a GPT bot
I have deployed the bot in teams

I was thinking if it is possible to have a button like clear chat, and if user clicks the button, it erase all chat history of the bot and the user chats in teams.?

Hi,
Just checking back to see, if it’s still not possible through a button? There is lot of clutter after the bot is used in teams.

I'm not aware of a way to do that the way you describe it.

Thanks for reply. I was wondering if it is possible to do in an automated way like one click button which clears all chat? But, Clearing it manually is kinda painful process.

Hi @Jupyter123,

To achieve something similar I had to delete the whole chat conversation with the chatbot in Teams.
