Hi,
I am really new with BOT. I just build my first Bot related to property managment software of my company.it just extracts info from D365 and display in bot.
Now i want to create a maintenance request in D365 by taking input from users through the bot.
which means i want to create records in D365.
can someone guide me please

Inside PVA bots, if you want to do anything on another platform (e.g. Dynamics, SharePoint, Excel, etc) you will need to use the Power Automate actions.
