When I add my bot to my Teams team, I don't have any issue chatting with it privately.
When I share the bot with a security group, users in that group are able to get the bot from the Teams app store, but they get this "You cannot send messages to this bot", sort of intermittently?
I observed someone install the bot in teams, they ARE able to send a couple of messages, and THEN the bot becomes unavailable. Also they can right-click and select UNBLOCK, then resume chatting, but then it becomes unavailable shortly again.
Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I thought permission issue, but since you can sneak in questions to the bot it doesn't really seem like it because that would be bad and ineffective security.
