Hello,
I create a lot of different customs on sharepoint forms on powerapps, some of them are very difficult, but one problem observed in every form.
from time to time users write that form open not whole data from sharepoint item.
Some fields download from previous item, for example. And after submitting there are situations when datafield from one item saves on another.
User Open item 1 write some comments, then open item 2 and comment from item 1 stay.
How I understood there are problems with cache or maybe something else.
Could U please to help solve this issue?

Datasource: sharepoint lists, outlook account, users365.
User are using sharepoint list and custom form on it. User choosing the record by opening record on list.
Item property in attachments.
just some fields affected, for example, Chat field stay from previous record, rest Ok.
And also it happens not all the time, but with another issues this raises questions about system reliability.

Before addressing your problem, I need some more information. It would be helpful if you provide the Datasource and Item property of the form. Also, how is the user choosing the record being edited in the form? Is it a selection from a Gallery or some other way? Are all of the fields affected or just some of them? If possible, could you provide a screenshot of the form?
