Hi There,

I created an agent that is associated with a SharePoint document library. My prompt is for the agent to retrieve user input information, use this information to find the corresponding value in the SharePoint document library, and then generate a reply list template. Previously, the agent matched well with high accuracy, but some information could not be matched correctly. I copied this agent and re associated it with SharePoint. When I entered the previously unmatched information again, I suddenly found that the new agent could match correctly. What is the reason for this and where should I start troubleshooting

Truth is, without seeing both configurations, its not super easy to tell you. Could it have been a caching issue, sure, it could have been. Did you say something different in the instructions or a simple step, that's possible.

recreating it will cause a refresh on the datasource read that should happen by default, but I don't want to say 100000% thats the issue, without having the ability to compare them its nearly impossible to explain.

Did you delete the old agent? Did you look at the Activities tabs for when it didn't return data to see what it said?
