Summary total data for entries

I have a Timesheet App and I would like to create a Summary screen that shows the individual total of each hour worked by each employee. I have the following formula in a text field, but instead of showing the total for each individual, it shows the total of all entries:

"Total Hours: " & Sum(Filter([@Timesheet], ThisItem.employee, Hours),Hours)
 
Where am I going wrong? It appears that the filter is not working on the 'Hours' field as this totals up everyones hours and not each individual.

Try this:

"Total Hours: " & Sum(Filter([@Timesheet], employee = ThisItem.employee, Hours),Hours)
