9I have an application which is open, idle for most of the working day. It is used to capture the time taken to complete processes.
Users are getting kicked out and redirected to a time out screen. I have tried adding exit messages and timed resets to little success. Is there any work arounds for this? Can this be related to my users internet connection?
Shocking this is still an issue in 2021.
